Default Sexting Damages are Now Being Awarded

A woman has claimed damages after she sent dirty pictures to her teacher. Many organisations think this could be abused? What do you think?

Have you been sent a naked picture? Then solicitors Messrs Krook Phee and Sue will handle you case.

Class action against The Sun newspaper.

It looks like the teacher was guilty of grooming the girl while she was in a vulnerable state. Title of thread is just a little bit misleading.

That's exactly how it reads and the title is totally misleading.

As ever I listen to feedback and will give it a bit of a change...though the principle is correct that you can now claim if you think you have been pressured into it and you feel you have been damaged. It is irrelevant whether it is criminally done, hence the NSPCC are getting involved thinking this is gonna be a cash cow for some teenagers ripping others off!
