I had a same story a half year ago.
Somebody made an appointment for 10PM , I knew it but I got migraine ...
I was not able to leave the toilet ... because ...
My poor client was not very happy

its not that difficult to call or if not then a quick text back later to give some explanation instead of having guys hanging about wasting even more time,
