At this point, I'm just glad at that all the people I know who are based in Paris are OK. Facebook set up a 'check in as OK in Paris' last night, so people there could let others know they were safe.

I hope you're out of harms way too, I know you're travelling at the moment, glad you're safe!

We will have to see how this situation develops, but I'm not seeing a good long-term outcome from all of this...

Terrible terrible unimaginable events, the death toll is rising alarmingly. I really don't know what to say, except my thoughts are with those who have lost loved ones.

I was watching BBC news, they had an eye witness account from the concert hall, they said that they managed to hide, the gunmen went around shooting people until they were dead, then let off a grenade, they were covered in the flesh & blood of others. I cannot imagine what it must've been like to be held hostage during such harrowing events.

Immigration is there for a reason, procedures are meant to be followed, whilst I acknowledge that many of the recent immigrants will be genuine, ISIS would've seized upon this opportunity to send in their members & set up terrorist cells. The world has to wake up to this threat.

I had seen a news report just yesterday morning that featured a Kurdish guy who is in one of the camps at Dunkirk, which is another town on the French coast.

This young guy said he had been living in 'The Jungle' in Calais, as it's being called, but he decided to leave there, specifically because there were ISIS guys in The Jungle who had escaped from Syria and moved into Europe posing as just another 'refugee' and were there RECRUITING PEOPLE to take part in terrorist attacks in Europe...

We will have to see what develops in Paris, they will undoubtedly try to identify the 8 dead attackers and establish who there were and where they were from.

    Unreal, just unreal.

My thoughts are with the people of Paris, I feel this is going to get a lot worse over the next few months.

Looks like ISIS is claiming responsibility for the attack and is already threatening more, as well as trying to recruit more people to undertake attacks in France...

We all knew it was them anyway cable, they seem to have alot of sympathisers in the world and have no problem getting people from all over to carry out these atrocious attacks, its very worrying as no place is safe
