My opinion:

He paid you for your discretion so honour that and say nothing about the past.
That's being a professional escort and a big part of the reason guys visit escorts... discretion.
I am sure all escorts realise that many of their clients are married/in a relationship and cheating. It doesn't bother the escorts usually.
