Sorry wasn't sure where to post this.

I need to get a prepaid anonymous money card. Not for anything illegal.

There used to be the O2 money card.

I'm asking you guys and girls as you might use them to pay for you adverts online.

Basically I need one that I can get without the need for I.D. and then use and top up in a shop with cash.

Are you in the North or the South of Ireland? They still have the o2 card in the South.

You are unable to buy o2 cards at the moment as they are being replaced by '3' cards which will be available from 15th November.

You can buy swirlcard online, you do need to register all prepaid cards, info & activation codes will be sent to your address.

You top up these cards using cash at any paypoint outlets.

What documents do I show at a 3Store as evidence of ID?
You’ll need to show Photo ID in any 3Store as proof of age. If you want to raise your top up limit, you’ll need to show Photo ID plus a Proof of Address.

Which Photo IDs are valid?

Passport
Driving Licence, Full or Provisional
EU Identity Card
CIE Travel Card (under 18s only)
Which Proofs of Address are valid?

The documents you can use as Proof of Address are below. The document must be less than three months old when you bring it to the Three store and it must show the name and address you have registered with O2 Money.

Also, it must have been posted to your home address. Sorry, but we can’t accept print-outs of online bills or statements.

Any of the following will be perfectly acceptable…

Utility bill - Gas, Electricity, Mobile/landline phone, Cable/Satellite TV
Bank, Building Society or Credit Card statement or official bank correspondence
Official correspondence from a Government dept. (e.g. Revenue)
Social Insurance Documents
Household/Motor Insurance Certificate
If you want to top up your card by more than €2,500 or transfer more than €1,000 from your card to your bank account a year, you must show a Proof of ID and a Proof of Address from the lists above at a 3Store.

Remember, the top up limit for under 18s is €2,500 and that can’t be increased.
