Client reviews and broken English

Last night I tried to make a booking with a well reviewed escort. I rang an hour in advance to confirm, that part went okay, but when I got to the destination and rang back things went sideways. I'm always careful on the phone to make sure I'm clear in what I say, especially so if speaking to anyone whose native tongue is not English, but this was a case of the woman in question not having enough grasp on the language to improvise when things went off script. I had to cancel as I could only imagine what the appointment would have been like after the confusion on the phone.

Today I went back to her ad and checked through the reviews. Sure enough nobody mentioned how poor her English is, one or two people went so far as to say they were impressed with her fluency. This is not the first time I've encountered the issue either. Why do clients not mention this in reviews?
