My clients say the same honey, and totally agree with what you are saying about people turning away. And with the new laws coming in too, it is not going to bring clients running back.

And us girls are not getting the same services as before for our money either, example. As a client I personally prefer the overall look and feel this new site has over the older one. I do not have a problem looking up the profiles of the ladies advertising on here and I prefer the new look profile over the old one.

My biggest gripe would be with the chat room or lack of it but that has nothing to do with what OP is about.

Windows 95 and 98 are no longer used by many people — these were the PC OS when EI was first developed — people have moved with the OS so why not the applications and websites as well?

I use phones only, so the new site is somewhat more cumbersome for me.
I see since I was last here, the "What's new" function has changed as well to something a bit more cumbersome (had seen something similar a while back on one of the British sites)
But as stated above there will be no going back at this stage.
Overall the new site has no added advantages for me but has a few disimprovements. However, I can live with it.

I like it,mostly cause I get to see how much it annoys almost everyone and the 'efforts' of the dev team to paper over the cracks from time to time,it's very entertaining.

That said I don't make money from the site the ladies do and joking aside it has been a total disaster in every respect when you here it is damaging business.
