I'm not sure why a client would get a "free hour" just because the clocks go back one hour at 2am on Sunday morning?

After all - we book a time duration which starts at a specific time so 1 hour will still take 60 minutes as will 2 hours take 120 minutes regardless of what hour of the day it is - just the same as when the clocks go forward in the spring.
