I'm not sure why a client would get a "free hour" just because the clocks go back one hour at 2am on Sunday morning?

After all - we book a time duration which starts at a specific time so 1 hour will still take 60 minutes as will 2 hours take 120 minutes regardless of what hour of the day it is - just the same as when the clocks go forward in the spring.

I think if you arrive at 2am you will be too early for the appointment as it will be 1am
Arrive at 1am,and when the clock hits 2am its 1am again ...free hour

    Understand?
