The church tells us that it is a glorious event.

I know that I must be depressed, cause I imagine that I will just be put in a hole and rot.

Gravestones seem to be certain of eternal life.

    I'd like that
Any chance you could go and do that for us like a good lad
And then come back and tell us all about it
Give me the photo,s and I,ll start a good thread for you

I am sorry to hear that, the woman who died in my arms I did not know my CPR training did not save her even though she was young. But what you have dealt with is a different dimension, i have lost some close to me I have had the dreaded knock on the door by the police and the death letter they gave me. Death awaits us all I hope I have time to deal with family and friends both for me and indeed them, as another poster said those who survive carry burdens. I hope you are now in a good place and i admire your strenght.

The weirdest thing for me living in Ireland is the open casket

Even though Ive seen much blood and death, limbs torn apart etc, a made up corpse still unsettles me

I just think its a wonderful amazing world where lots of things cannot be simply explained and to try to fully appreciate the people and creatures in it

although that pesky alligator better not show up again!

It's like being banned from an internet forum.

    Shalom/salaam.
10,000 years of Middle Eastern civilisation and the place is not at peace but rather in pieces.

Yeh but that is wasteful. The body can be good fertiliser, for yew trees etc and for maggots which can be eaten by birds etc
