Don't try this in Ireland, but, Italian Court Rules Porn At Work Is Legal
Workers should not be sacked for watching porn during their lunch break, Italy's highest court has ruled.
The Supreme Court said he was free to spend his lunch break how he wanted, and ruled that he should not have been sacked.

Certainly made me laugh when I read it.
"Legal" or not though... I'm sure it would be against the terms and conditions that he signed up to when he started with the company. The government shouldn't have any business getting involved as a result.
Common sense really. What you do on your break is your own affair surely.
