I've never seen anyone murdered by a splif whereas guns have killed many .

Yet , legislation -- reasonable legislation !! -- lacks in both areas .

(I feel absolutely horrible for all the lives lost in that double tragedy , I was supposed to be there in one of the

guesthouses that is no longer there . Just by the grace of God , and good fortune and Karma and whatever else

that I am not dead in the rubble !) .

But by now , from a few months' distance , and now playfully discussing this subject of 'Should Weed be Legal' , darn !

: I want to continue to have my right to own and bear arms (single action handgun , hunting rifle , shotgun , etc. ) ;

but see absolutely no reason to have fully automatic weapons , assault rifles in civilian hands .

As I said before , much more stringent controls and checks should be in place . Period !!
