    Default Coin purse

I have a coin purse in the transit there is about 50 €2 coins in it !
I was wondering would it be ok to give an escort the coinage just splash the cash out on the coffee table or should I go to the bank and get it changed ?
After all it is legal tender so I can't be refused by law I recon
