I live in Sweden and touring to other countries including Norway. Without proof the garda have no chance to catch the buyers. That's what happen in Sweden and Norway. Escorts still there and buyers still buying anyway. Me myself have made a police report against an idiot client in Sweden and the police took down the case tho i have strong evidences. Useless and ridiculous law

I'm no expert, but I tried previously to answer this question by looking at how long other bills took.

    Likely never.

It'll be signed into law sure, but it's impossible to enforce.

I would love to hear more from you and other sex workers on how it is operated there!
Of the various possible combinations the Swedish Pigs only enforce it against the male clients of female sex workers, they may have no interest in fining on the spot (as that's what happens, nobody has ever went to jail, yet!) punters who engage with a sex worker who is a transexual as they rationalise that there is a more equal relationship between client and worker, this is the attitude they take towards male clients with male sex workers! Yes I know it's daft but that's they way they think or have been conditioned to think!
But never forget this insane law is about stigmatising sex workers (they are not decriminalised except if working on their own as here!) as much as it is about punishing punters!
Indeed, I have heard that female Swedish sex workers have had earnings confiscated for 'evidence' purposes and have been forced to give testimony against clients under threat of having their children put into care and of course landlords are obliged to throw them out of their properties!
The Crimeline type video which I have posted from Swedish Television indicates that the Pigs are willing to hang outside the apartment of a suspected coerced trafficked sex worker and catch clients like fish in a barrel for slap on the wrist fines while given the circumstances, she is continuously being raoped by more clients who will subsequently be 'taxed' by way of the fine when they come out! That's how fucking insane this law is and how anti sex worker first and foremost, it is in reality!
I remember a Romanian sex worker who had worked in England telling me that she was beaten up by a client there and The English police went to great lengths to get and eventually prosecuted the shitbag, whereas she said in Germany, the pigs wouldn't give a shit!
In Sweden and Norway violence has inevitably increased with the business being driven further underground - psychotic clients will love this and the feminazis that have made a living shite out of Sweden have sublimated the notion that sex workers are willing collaborators in their own oppression (Stockholm Syndrome!) and are essentially mentally ill and effectively deserve what they get! Yes Feminazis are toally fucking insane and hate women nearly as much as they do men!
AFAIK there is also a much higher burden of proof required to gain a conviction in both jurisdictions on this island than in Sweden!

    North or south?
The first part of your question is still fantasy.
    The second part is possible.
As a male I presume 2balls hang between the legs.
