    Regarding losing weight:

I was pretty overweight myself up until a few years ago, even though I never saw it much in myself. I topped out at a whopping 95kg for the around the same height 5'7'' - 5'8'', probably not obese by the definition, but really not that far from it. Now... I actually have visible abs, along with good muscular definition. I routinely move over double my bodyweight in the gym these days. My weight loss to this date is over 20kg. The pictures of me from 4+ years ago now are totally awful.

It can be done and it's actually quite easy regardless of age once you get down to it, but it needs dedication and lots of it. The kind of dedication to stick to a completely new regiment and not falter or relapse.

Really, what you're looking at is a total lifestyle change. You have to be prepared to overhaul your diet completely and permanently, if it's not a permanent change you may as well not bother, and also to start working out on a regular basis.

Thanks again, for all the kind words.
Yesterday I just had scrambled eggs for breakfast, yoghurt for lunch but had a small bowl of pasta for dinner. I need to go shopping and change a few things around.
I have promised myself a booking if I can keep to it for a week, and will pre prepare salads etc

I'm so glad I did that post now, as I feel much more positive after reading the replies, so again, thank you sexy people

    B

Maybe an over simplification but the truth non the less.
Not all escorts have the same attitude to their work, same as anyone I guess.
I just have to find the truly good professional ones. I have pm'ed a few and been looking at posts, some ladies are really nice. As well as sexy. I feel I don't deserve them. But if I can stick to watching what I eat, I hope to improve

For first step : eat less bread and pasta and near zero sugar (drink water).
You will feel much better soon.

I have totally cut out bread now, maybe 1 or 2 slices a week now, it makes a big difference.
I drink a glass of water with my meals, no soda,s.

Thinking about this thread this morning.
Moderation in all things (except moderation itself perhaps ;-)
If tea/coffee drinker, avoid using sugar.
    Avoid sugary soft drinks.
Someone mentioned wholewheat bread and pasta, keep at a minimum, get carbs from vegetables.
Eat some fruit, but don't overdo it , lots of sugar.
Avoid too much fruit juice/smoothies...Apple juice might have the sugar squeezed from 10 apples..eat one whole apple with its fibre instead.
Avoid low fat ready meals, can be high in sugars and calories.
Eat fresh whole foods if possible. .Apple void too much "packaged convenience".
Exercise (moderately to begin and gradually build up)
Exercise is good for the mood and C- V system as well as weight reduction.
Take exercise that interests or motivates you ...better chance of keeping it up.
Gym classes are not just for women but may take a little while to get into.
Get aerobic exercise as well as some weight bearing and stretching exercise.
Try and get a good night's sleep..don't be like an odd poster on here at 3 in the morning yet still getting up at 8:-)
Stress like sleep deprivation can add to weight retention.
Eat 3 small well balanced meals a day and avoid eating late in the evening.
If the weight is controlled expect to physically and mentally feel better.

    pop a few "yoks" or "chats" to lose the appetite and it'll be gone in no time, if you can afford a lady you can afford these (;
