Default Straight out of Compton- A suburanites Review

With biographies the risk is often run of makeing a legend out of the subject or else of failing entirely to convey the importance of what they were doing. Not so with Gary Gray's piece. Dare I say this is one of the few films based on true events that reveals it's subject's warts and all.

    rating 4/5 I liked it

    Q: y'all?

What if "It's Raining Men" and 'Let the bodies hit the floor' are both about the same event but from different perspectives 🤔

I did think it was worth a watch as I grew up listening to it.
They didn't really tell in any detail what Jerry was doing to make the label go bankrupt.

but they were gangsters. The police were out to get them. Also Sad to say but antisemitism runs higher in darker colored peoples so what else could they do than show Jerry "jewed" them out of it ?
I mean they only became artists because of police brutality in their neighborhoods. I 'm sure you relate, you know - when you become so frustrated that all one can do is burst into song -

Suge Knight is a thug and a Kardashian level attention hog. However the purpose of this thread is to allow other to air their views and so expand my own mindset so I shall hush now...

You know he drove into someone on the set during filming and killed them?.
Was arrested and bail set at $25,000,000,so he collapsed in court
He has fallen foul of the three strike rule because of it so no more Suge Knight

    Don't discriminate. Hate EVERYONE equally!

As good old Benny once said: "Peace on earth and goodwill to all men and women..... and LDM"
