Again, you are missing the point, you say peter never killed anyone, but his actions may very well have caused death and suffering.

I have long been of the view that all paramilitaries, terrorists and politicians from NI should be interred together on a remote island off the west of Scotland with no links or communications to the outside world. Then the rest of the NI population and indeed the rest of Britain and Ireland can get on with living and enjoying what is in fairness a beautiful part of the country

Why Scotland, though? Be more adventurous, and suggest the South Pole.

It has been interesting to read irishdeltaforce's comments. It's even more interesting to note he makes no attempt to answer my question, or clarify his position.

I think you are missing the point here.

Yes the loyalist establishment & there killing apparatus where the scum of the earth.

But are Sinn Fein/IRA scum killers or not justfrank44?
Don't know any , so can't say if they are scum or not, but then again, that is your terminology, not mine.

    Yes, I do.

Because you're quite happy to criticise Sinn Fein for their links to the IRA (who you clearly hate), but it took a bit of poking before you criticised "the loyalist establishment & there killing apparatus" (roughly translated as "the main unionist parties happily sitting with and using loyalist paramilitaries for their own end, but they're different from Sinn Fein because they aren't intricately linked and when they kill fenians, we step back and say it's nothing to do with us."

But your comment of "fair play" regarding Robinson and your insinuation that he wasn't indirectly responsible for mass murders of innocent people doesn't sit well with me.

I would assume your hatred of the IRA and Sinn Fein is genuine (and of course you're entitled to hold those views), but your thoughts on loyalists are a little more murky and inconsistent.

Of course, republican paramilitaries were involved in equally heinous crimes. But you'll probably try and justify the above murders.
