I was once parked close to the RDS in Ballsbridge! Parking was not easy to find as it was early evening. I was told to ring 10 minutes before the appointment. When I rang I was told she was in Hanover Quay

I said that is not even D4 — It's D2! How the hell am I going to get to there in 10 minutes? She said "it is D4 and it is very close" I know that part of Dublin and I know were D4 ends and D2 starts and Hanover Quay is D2!

I set off in my car for D2 — it took 22 minutes to get to the car park on Chimney View. I parked the car and came out and rang again — 30 minutes had passed at this stage!
