I know we are in a recession, but, my mortage has gone down almost €400 per month, petrol prices have gone down, the prices at most checkouts have gone down and escorts are dropping thier rates and my bank wants to lend me money,I think we should have these recessions more often.

I agree with you there Epsilon. The recession is good for some people as prices are coming down. Maybe if property prices etc didn't go sky high like they did the country wouldn't be in such a mess. People got too greedy especially property developers and their now paying for it.

Downside to legalisation!! VAT. E150 punt jumps to E182.25. Receitable of course. but then thered be no thrill in it. and adverts would be everywhere. there might even be a website "Rate my Flooze.ie"
