    I suppose as a hobby there are worse things - but if we take back all the hours spent on here and did more socialising and outdoor activities we would lead healthier lives - I've found that I've neglected my real friends a bit in the last few years-

    As for the net- I used to go online to check sports and news sites but now I head straight for 'what's new' on this site - and I'm not even a Prolific poster- so what to do?

    I'm still in bed having a cuppa and listening to some tunes . After a hard week, I deserve it !
