The new site... Some positivity.

The rattle really has come out of the pram for some people. These things take time to sort out & refine. Anybody with even the smallest bit of IT knowledge (like me) Knows this.

The escorts concerns with business & safety are the priority I would think. And those are to subjects I'm not in a position to comment on.

To be honest, it was a "punter" who was a huge driver behind the map changes. Very vocal but very honest. It's difficult to pick out the things to really delve in to when the best on offer is "It's shit".

Do you not realise that many/most of these issues arose last December and you put a workable band aid on the issues at that time?
Now you want everyone to list everything that the EI team have f@#ked up yet again?

The things you fixed in December are broke again...the site has too much content crammed onto pages (and in a disorganised manner) and there is a 75% dissatisfaction rate.

The ladies may pay the advertising fees.......but the clients pay the ladies.......If the bookings drop ,so does your revenue.

There is no more useful info on the new site...but now the old info is badly laid out and presented.

1) We are on to this, the system is just catching up as it has to check the status of thousands and thousands of members and add the correct detail, but this will be resolved.
2) Can I just check, do you mean the flat (text style) list of all name and numbers?

There was an A to Z listing of all escorts advertising in Ireland on the old site .
It just listed names and by clicking on the name you were linked to the escorts profile
It was a way of easily seeing if particular escorts were actually in the country and advertising at any particular time , without having to know their county location .I just didn't see anything equivalent on the new site or at least haven't come across it.

I may not actually be disagreeing with you in all areas of what you say. But then again, this isn't about fixing plasters - its about building a new proposition, based on the best bits of the old one- with some having to be changed now as once they hit a more "wide" market, the things believed to be better within a small group have not be as well received.

In the last few days there's been a few VERY vocal people about the site, they then became good points of reference to us and have helped massively and now are starting to suggest the new versions are better, albeit only in the areas they have pointed out.

I don't think we've said at all in the last 2 days that the site was perfect or told anyone "tough".... what we have asked is "what are you missing?" or "what can we do better than the old one?"

Good to see the changes in reviews ...... definitely getting there

The Escort profiles were much clearer in the older format, over time we'll get used to it. Then again is not costing me anything but it sounds like it's costing the advertisers while we adjust.

Actually - That Listing, it was SO basic - Names and Numbers, sorry - but can someone tell me why it was useful (for my knowledge)?
