I think its mainly down to the different laws in this country honey, in the UK it is legal for a lady to work with another lady and have a reception/bodyguard were as here it is illegal and could cause the girl and client being plastered all over the News or worse end up in the Irish courts.

That's not my understanding. As far as I know the law is the same in the UK with regards to brothels. Two women are not allowed to work together in the UK either. The law like you say honey as so much more relaxed in the UK then here, plus no nosiy feckings and most just turn a blind eye and let everyone get on with their own business. But in UK most girls work together but just keep thier own payments given so not handing money over (unless its for renting for the hour/or passing a client on which no one mentions ).

I started working in England and where I live we were lucky to be allowed an Ann Summers. If a Brothel opens it is closed down again within months. It's not the UK, but areas you are talking about.
