The discussion on fake vs real boobs got me thinking: What is the definition of a perfect cock & why are guys not clammering to have surgery to enhance them in the same way that women seem to when it comes to boobs, vagina, labia etc?

Your 3 comments above all apply .Primarily , if it ain't broke , don't fix it .The penis is an organ that has to expand by engorgement with blood , more complicated than inserting an implant into a beast. Complications such as scarring damage are more likely. There have been attempts to widen girth by implanting fat (often resorbed over time) or some kind of filler.Sometimes unaesthetic results such as unsightly lumps result.It is too complicated to go tampering with length....best left alone.Sometimes some ligament is cut to drop the penis down , in an attempt to make the flaccid pens look bigger...probably another stupidity.If severely overweight , losing weight from the lower abdomen can have the effect of making the pens appear more prominent rather than having it semi- submerged in fat.

Most guys think they are "small or not normal size" due to all the dam porn they watch, seriously when do you see a guy with a normal willy in porn, then guys wonder why they have a complex about their size of their own willies.

I find guys who are into porn in a addictive manner (which many are around the wold) a big turn off. As a finger or hand can be reattached if done quickly enough and the lopped off extremity is not too badly damaged.Worth doing in cases of trauma but tampering with a normal , perfectly functioning penis is the action of a probably deluded individual.
