Have been to the odd place
Apart from Isis no other people are going to bother tourists.
We were in the Himalayas when the red hand Marist were very active at overthrowing the King, when you went into their area you just gave them a small fee , they called it an enviroment fee.
And no problem , they would issue a ticket so when u passed by there area again u would not be charged a second time.
