I too would respect the laws of places like N. Korea, Burma, China whilst inside those places , but only for the safety of my own skin.
Many foreign regimes are enthusiastic users of torture in the name of law and overzealous proponents of the death penalty.
China for instance , has often had allegations of organ harvesting from executed prisoners surface....especially of executed Falun- gong prisoners (something the equivalent of a persecuted religious minority).
There is respect for law and there is respect for just law....A subtle difference.

China might be "execution happy" as a lot of people would say,but ....the people who are smuggling the drugs are aware of this (This girl in particular isn't uneducated I would imagine)and therefore they should have more respect for their own lives than to roll the dice so easily when the consequences are so severe.

Great tits, a nice ass and pretty face are no match for the Chinese legal system.

Zero tolerance out there in those eastern countries. I don't agree with the death penalty anywhere. They executed an Irishman with a mental illness not so long ago for the same thing.
