Because they want to see the real person behind the reviews and after all...there's nothing like arguing with someone who's English isn't as good as your own to make one feel slightly superior. I quite miss Sam sometimes, at least he effectively bitch slapped them. If you ignore them then they can only talk to each other, which gets noticeably boring
