    Afternoon,
I sometimes go to The Dublin Buddhist Centre in D1. They run a free daily drop-in meditation at 13.15 for 30 minutes and offer yoga classes and teaching most nights. They are really friendly and peaceful.

    Kind regards.

Yoga hub off Camden St is excellent. They also have outdoor sessions on Saturdays in Stephens Green and Phoenix Park at 11am. It's free or if you want to make a donation it goes to a charity. I highly recommend it.
