Dublin hotel without keycard access?

Hi, I have to book a hotel for a few people for a work thing, for a few nights next month.

I can't meet a girl in the lobby/bar as there's bound to be people I know floating around.

I know you can't say names here, so if anyone could pm the name of a good hotel on the airport side of the city, where a girl can come straight up to the room, I'd really appreciate it.

Has anyone any experience with the hotel opposite the large stadium with the same name?
