Background music during an appointment — is it a distraction or a turn on?

Most ladies have background music playing during an appointment — is it a distraction or a turn on?

We all know most ladies use it to gauge the time during an appointment but it can also create a mood. Some have really good sound systems while others have not so good sounding systems.

As a client does it matter or would you prefer no music? Personally I like it when it is played through a good sounding system at a low volume but only if it suits and adds to the mood.
