    Default Favourite book

Currently reading IT by Stephen King and I was just wondering what's everyone's favourite book/books? I'd have to say Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas by Hunter S.Thompson is probably my favourite, it's eye wateringly funny but also has some fantastic prose

I just read The Kite Runner which was amazing. I find it hard to pick favourites though!

So many books that I have loved reading, but I think the one that sticks in my mind or should I say 'books' would be to do with Maya Angelou and 'I know why the caged bird sings'. It's one of seven books in the series and you just can't stop at the first book. This is a personal journey of the author and one of strength, confidence and true grit. The woman is my hero and despite having not so long past on, will never be forgotten.

I didn't really have high hopes when I started reading this but it was great. Some very funny stories in here.
