    Default Giving up the drink!

i don't drink too much - weekends mostly - but I feel the need to give it up for a while

Mostly I drink at home and maybe once a week in the pub with the lads

Drinking is a habit that can get out of control so I'll see if I can control it...

Good luck. I never got the point of drinking at home, it's a social event for me, but I do binge drink
Follow your dreams, there not going anywhere, unless you act on them.
Don't put off what you can do today.
Don't buy wireless earpods, there not there yet.

Its good to give your body a rest honey and even if only for 3 days as it takes 3 days for your liver to recover. Just pretend your drunk no one will know the difference as they will be too pissed Loll

    Good luck

I gave it up completely. I feel much better.

I used to drink 2 or 3 bottles of wine a night, every night.

Easier to stop completely than try and cut down.

    It's a mugs game.

Everything is grand in moderation but you'll be healthier and it'll be cheaper, so good luck!
