I have noticed the Escorts starting out offering a lot of favourites on their profiles but gradually as the reviews amount up and they become more established they withdraw favourites from their list

Could be for many reasons honey as there are of course may find that just because they enjoyed in with their partners or personal lives they find out it maybe not be as enjoyable with a totally stranger, could also be something to do with bad experiences with clients. Or a person just starting off and did not realize they are in fact in charge of what they chose to offer and now wish to only offer such favorites to a selected few regulars.

There are lots of respectful clients out there but there are some who think the girls should do whatever they want just because they are paying for their time. Or maybe never offered some of the favorites so now decided to take them down off their profile. etc

Think they just post a more realistic list. A cropped list is more attractive IMO

I've withdrawn some favourites as time went on - in particular submissive. I offered it in Germany, but the way I ran my business there was different and it made establishing submissive and dom relationship with clients was easier for me there than here. I do offer it and if clients want it - I might offer it. It just depends on a number of factors.
