    Cheddar cheese that is.

    Aged for 12 months,once opened consume within three days.

    Why? hardly going to go off in that time,just cut the mould off like back in the day.

    LOL I went to the fridge and checked my cheese, "once opened eat within 7 days and by the date shown"
    Mouldy cheese, no does not last that long in my house
