Ban the bullies or ban the Threads

First of all the report button should be removed. If you feel strongly enough about a post then you should take the time to pm a mod detailing your disgust and reason.
I have only done this once because a post contained a personal risk to being exposed. I also pm'd the poster and gave them my thoughts so there was nothing under hand in what i was doing.
At the moment you have way to many people thinking they are smart arse gits hitting the report button .
We should also not forget this is an adult forum and people should be able to take a dig in the right manner and just let them slide.
When it comes to dealing with trolls or trouble maker then each consequence offence should carry a higher punishment. Say 1 week , 2 week , 4 week ban then permanent.
I also think threads should not be deleted , just locked.

Exactly, I've had posts deleted/edited that had nothing to do with anyone yet some paranoid person thought I was somehow referring to her/him. When I questioned a mod about this I got a weeks ban for continual harassment/provocation which was plain fucking ridiculous.

If anybody annoys me I just block them, I don't go touting to mods as that's just sad.

I will have a look and read it once I get the chance honey but just to let you know I am not that old either or do I have to knock 5 10 or 20 years off my age and pump my face up with botox either like many do on their profile or to get clients. I totally agree with you and Zilch as this would not hurt EI as we all know once you are a member, your a member for life so of course the bullies and gobshits who attack those posting threads or posts will just sign up with a different user name so in fact will give EI more members but at least give some of us a bit of a break while they sign up again.

There does need a code of conduct to be drawn up.
No giving out personal details
Three strikes and your out
Limiting misbehaving escorts to advertising and girlychat forums
Limiting hooligan client posters to Sports or the Soap section or something.

You forget tearing into each other and picking fights isn't everyone's idea of fun.

I am guessing honey you too get some lovely pms from those who used to post here on EI and refuse to even sign in anymore because of these dick head bullies. The only thing good about getting bullied on the chat forums is that some really lovely genuine people (who are not into getting their egos massaged) will pm or email me to be supportive and to check if I am ok as they too know who depressing it can be, so yes of course any type of bulling is serious and is also against the law too.

I put a thread up about "kissing my son in public" but of course it was not really my son, just someone young enough to be my son. And for sure they would not be so many mature ladies (Cougars/Milfs like myself if we were not in demand.

So my question is simple should the bullies be banned or their bulling post be removed from the threads or should the threads be deleted here on EI, what do you think is the fair and correct way EI should handle situation such as this?

If you are saying I am a bully, please let me have the link? Yes I am a person who unlike many will say it such in the cases where escorts have posted their locations of where they will be, post links to other websites which is sending clients to other websites than EI, or who will also post also also in the chat forums advertising their services or even their friends working with them who are not even paying EI like the rest of us have to.

We are all paying EI to advertise in the appropriate adverting sections so why should others use the chat forum to advertise when the rest of us keep to the terms and condition. Personally with me, I am not sneaky and reporting someone behind their backs like some do, I say it as it is.

Personally I think is always best to be up-front with people in person or on-line as I feel no need to massage someones ego to get booking like a lot of people do. And if someone doesn't like that about me, tuff more on to some air head who will call them names and offer services they don't offer. But being open and honest is not bulling, name calling and "trying to belittle someone is!!

I feel many respect a person who is honest and says what they feel instead of stabbing people behind their backs. And I would love to see any links when I have been bulling anyone. Standing up for myself when someone has fucked me over is not bulling by the way!!!

And if you recall their was many a time you posted here about location, not seeing younger guys and even telling me not to be posting about my private life, yet well I will say no more about that as I will leave that up to you honey. Loll

I am in no position to judge or convict anyone to the bully game but I think everyone well mostly everyone is a loser when this stuff gets going its deeply unpleasant and some posts have the potential to cause harm, especially with some of the more vulnerable members. The site it seems for months has become either banal, gross or down right vicious , there are no winners at all and its bad for all as even the so called winner is for many of us who see this stuff is simply someone we will never want to see in any capacity so when people start at this they are also getting collateral damage but they just dont see it.

There have been some seriously threatening posts and as i say on areas such as mental health downright criminal comments at times, perhaps some need to take a break as its just too intense and for what really. When you attack someone else here you take a smattering of the crap you throw also. I am aware of others like myself who no longer post at all as a result of this stuff perhaps the Mods need to refresh their approach. I did not see the Kendra posts referred to by Cassandra thankfully but really if they are that bad its time to deal with it. This site will have enough challenges in due course beside members and escorts tearing each other apart here .
