Regrets!

Regrets, I've had a few;
But then again, too few to mention.
I did what I had to do
And saw it through without exemption...

Too many to mention 007 and I mean that, I know if I’d had the balls I needed to do years ago my life would have worked out a lot different, but I have to live with what I’ve got.

I can actually give you advice on this, when a situation arises and you want to express your feelings, be it a chance to ask a lady out but didn't because you hadn't courage, I'll tell you this;

You know, sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage. Just literally twenty seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it.

If only I could have sat down with myself about 10 years ago or more I know things would have worked out different, ok perhaps they might not have worked out like I’d have wanted or hoped for but at least I could tell myself I gave it a go, I gave myself a chance not like now knowing I was a coward with no balls, for one or two minutes of complete embarrassment and things could have worked out so different, instead I stayed silent and not said what needed to be said and lived with a life time of regrets.

I could go on forever but that’s what point?

I don't know what happened in your past JR and it seems to weigh heavily on your heart, I wish I knew but there's things you can do now, don't let your past regrets interfere with your present, future and happiness.

There's a lesson to be learnt in pain and sadness that you won't let chances pass you by again, by the sounds of it you already have because you have accepted responsibility for your actions/inactions and not blaming others, you've accepted the circumstances. Maybe you need to grieve for your regrets with a view to move on and hopefully help you stop revisiting those regrets over and over again.

Don't let those past regrets take over because JR in 10 years time you'll be regretting the fact that those 10 years were spent on regretting the regrets previously. (hope you can follow that and it makes sense)

We all have regrets from the past but we can not change nothing now just go on whit this life thinking about the past we just suffer more and that is not good .... I wish I did lots of things in the past but now is to late .... We have to learn from the mistakes and not repet them again ...

Regrets? More than i could shake a stick at. It doesn't make for a contented middle or old age, even if the cause of those regrets were outside of your personal control.

regrets i dont think theres anyone who dont have some regrets it would be great if we could turn back time but im afraid we cant so we can only look to the future and hope .

I have a few regrets in life mainly the breakup of my marriage
and the pain it caused both of us and our children
However that was a decision we both took for the right reasons
My one big regret is after my break up I had a brief affair with a married woman
The sex was amazing
I have never had sex like it before or after
She was insatiable and a squirter who squirted buckets and I mean buckets
I ended it because if it came to light it would have devastated her husband and family
I would never have wanted that to happen to me when I was married,
so I was not going to do it to him
Now when I die I hope the only regrets are the things I have done,
and not things I wished I had done
