In some cases it's about survival and ego boosting , and in reality they get a kick out of it makes them feel good. Its sad really that you have people like this their lives are so pathetic really and they are so lost in life. You just have to smile , rise above it , and see how much better your life is than having to stoop to their level which they know is pathetic.

In this environment it is sad also because they wouldn't do it face to face. Laugh and smile at anything you find cruel here because they want your reaction and they will sit there waiting. Don't put fuel in the fire. keep smiling

You forgot ego massaging and touting it's just a cruel way of doing it but in my opinion it so sad and pathetic.

When they all go after the one poster like the Tom sand case then yes it could be construed as a form of bullying but at the end of the day ya have to learn to let it slide coz who really gives a monkeys what they say.
