    hi Sarah, just after eating 4 there and my throat has swelled up and getting all itchy too, if i stick to one i'm ok but i'm a bit greedy

    One of the best fruits to eat. High in Potassium which stops the muscles getting cramps, excellent source of fibre, because of the high % of potassium, they help maintain blood pressure, heart function, reduced risk of strokes & stop the absorption of some dietary cholestrol.

    Thanks Sandy, Do you know if they leave a better or sweeter aftertaste than pineapples ?

    You can chargrill or grill pineapple, that tends to sweeten it up. If you eat bananas that are still very green, they tend to leave an unpleasant aftertaste.

    Interesting. I eat bananas, my abs cramp up several times per week, my heart races sometimes and I have stroke every five mins.

    I eat one i am ok but eat 2 or 3 and my throat swells up, get cramped stomach and become very itchy too, wonder why is that
