New law, feed back from clients and escorts.
From the new law came in iv not seen a escort and b4 law i would see an escort 2 or 3 times a month. It has put me off iv been thinking of going south but its a long drive so dont know what to do. I would like to hear from clients and escorts on what i should do. North or south?..

Probably a wise decision, at some stage the authorities will round up some poor souls to show how well the new law is working and the coverage on the news will be intense - who wants that sort of exposure.

Getting exposed like that would not be good thats why iv stopped in the north. But that what it could be just to scare us to stop and that might not happen but im not gunna chance it

Looks like the Justuce Minister down South is trying to get the law changed here before the summer break up of the Dail and get it in place , if she gets her way things will change in the next 2 weeks.

You might as well enjoy it while you can, as the law will likely change over there too and then it's more than a drive across the boarder to avoid. You also need to take into consideration the attitude of the people who are being left to work with this new law and how pro-active they are likely to be. Where do you think you will get the most sympathy or understanding?

Just a question about the new law.
As a landlord if I was to not know I was renting to a sex worker and a client was caught or questioned leaving the apartment etc and obviously I would be informed by the Police and would be told that it was being uses for this business. I would also I am sure have to prove that all the documents , references , and statements used to get it were available to clear myself and make sure I followed the proper procedure. Also the sex worker will have a lot of explaining to do in relation to earnings taxes and what they have and not declared.
So really the law does have a very clever angle on this. So where the client may feel or be told that they will be the criminal if caught the sex worker will have the exposure , the Tax Man on both sides if this is the case asking the questions. It seems to me that it will be the aftermath of the initial prosecution for both sides involved.
Ultimately there is a lot more to being caught for the client but for both involved the outcome could be the same in the long run. Revenue in the south and the north let nobody away with anything. Especially if other monies haven't been declared.
