    Default Bad Back

    Any cures for a bad back.I am suffering on two fronts!!I am crippled with back ache and some of my favourite ladies are back in town ,after months away,and I cant see them.
    Any quick remedies, anyone.

    Muds right. Exercise is the solution. I think you can get heat packs at pharmacies for short term relief.

    Thanks guys.I go to gym several times a week.Have tried heat packs and they give temporary relief.
    Took some pain killers and a few drinks last night,slept like a log and woke up feeling much better this morning,just a few spasms today.Another day of rest and I should be rearing to go!
    I think the 69 I had last week might have caused it,but it was worth it!!!!

    I suffer with my back so I understand what it is like

    My problem is that I have a bone out of place but it is to dangerous to operate on. I just have to live with the problem

    Operation is last resort, most of the time you're no better, and some of the time your even worse.

    yoga and pilates is the way to go, be careful in the gym, heavy weight training can be damaging also.

    Worth trying pilates, core work also, check the lumbar support in your car seat, some are non existant.

    As it is a bone that really needs to be removed yoga and exercise like that don't really help!
