hi guys. i know there are many of you very good in comput so i said here is the best place to ask . anybody have any ideea where i can find to buy a dvd with windows7 or windows 8 to can reinstall myself in my laptop? i catched a virus TaOFrame.exe who interfere with windows and cant be removed and even seen by regular antiviruses , i have some experience in doing myself my laptop but this virus is beyond my limited knowledge, and i,m thinking if i reinstall a fresh windows he will be gone and me happy . so any ideea where can i get a dvd with windows(original) or how to remove this bloody Chinese virus? thank you guys

Two free trial anti virus programs, extremely good.
"Panda Antivirus/internet security"
"Eset nod 32"

Panda comes with an online installer, which will scan your computer from a browser, so its not full download and install, it can be slow though. Both of these softwares have saved me in the past, there has not been a virus they have not dealt with.

It may be useful, since you are asking, to list your symptoms

Open a command prompt.
Copy red command line and Paste.
sc stop "TAOFrame"
sc config "TAOFrame" start= disabled

How to delete this service.
sc delete "TAOFrame"

Done.!
Close the command prompt.

Try going back to a previous version before you think you got the virus. Like a week ago. It's usually on by default on modern computers

Going back to a previous version will not help. Previous versions affect official patches and applications. They do not affect any files you have downloaded in the meantime. It will only set you back. The virus is not official, nor a form of any patch.

Stopping and deleting the servies, may also not remove the virus, its stops it from running This time, but there is no guarantee that whatever installed the virus or where it got downloaded from/to will also be removed.

New antivirus to detect and remove, or a fresh install are really your best options. pm for more details if needed.

tried with System restore but failed couse its said cant acces a file because the antivirus running. i uninstalled my antivirus but still get same message....

yes i was thinking same... after i was looking on internet on different forums and on youtube how to do many things about this virus and after i concluded nothing really worked with this bloody taoframe.exe then i think this is the best ideea. install a fresh windows.. rather then tring to repaire a almost dead pacient )) better new one and thats it, i pm u. x

thank you guys for all your help .the only one method i didnt tried was with command prompt 69patrick69 gave me. found this method on internet as well but to be honest with u i have to admit since i became escort i forgot many things from my previus jobs lol for example how to open a command prompt!

Log on as Administrator.

Press Win+R on your keyboard to open it, Then, type "cmd.exe" and press Enter.
