You would be surprised how many try. Once had a guy call me and ask to book me for his Sons 16th birthday. No idea if he was for real or not as I put the phone down.

Age of consent In Republic of Ireland is 17.
Age of consent in UK (Including NI) is 16.
Above rises to 18 if a person of influence eg an employer or teacher is involved.
After that people make up their own minds.
