Depends on how long ago the relationship finished I would imagine & was it a mutual decision to end it?
It's the end of a relationship so wouldn't imagine starting a friendship is the best thing, but who knows? Everyone is different I suppose, I've never stayed friends with an ex.... I think it's hard to be friends with somebody you've contemplated killing on many occasions, mwuahahaha!

I am friends with all my exes, so it's definitely possible. In films, they show first loves getting back together like it's meant to be. I am still friends with my first love, but you couldn't pay me to get back together with them.

I totally agree, everyone you let in close be it good or bad they leave a mark, in the end it is the sum of our experiences that make us the people we are.
