I am just wandering on this. I only see escorts when I am single, but I realise many punters do have wifes/gfs. I am not judging on that at all, hell if I end up married for 10-20 years I may yet be one of them.

My point is I am often asked by escorts if I have a wife/gf and I am just curious as to why this is. I cannot think of much plus side to asking. If was seeing someone I would not want to talk about it. The question could induce guilt or negative feelings. Do some punters like to talk about their problems at home?

I hear that some girls ask this if the guy is nervous or shy, but if he is feeling like this because he has a partner surely asking about it will not improve matters.

But the oddest thing is, when as a single guy, I am asked this question and I reply "no" the escort gives me a look like they do not believe me or even tell me this! This just makes me uncomfortable as she thinks I am lying. And if I was lying I presume I feel even worse for being called out! If the escort thinks I am lying surely it is not going to make things better to tell me this.

Maybe they want to know how much effort to put into you? I would never ask an escort because you know the answer is always no. But the truth is "yes he'll be back about 5 minutes after your gone"
