Yes there is a risk, but some level of caution can be taken and I'm glad to say that I have never had an STD. This may be partly due to luck, but then I don't do CIM on a first booking, so the majority of tour clients I see don't get it I'm afraid. The theory behind this for me is that if someone wants to see me again, they are less likely to knowingly leave me with a chance of an std. ie, you don't muck about in your own backyard. The main risk with oral on a woman is Herpes 1 & 2. The virus stays on the skin for a little while and sheds..even after the the blister has disappeared. Everything else is relatively low risk.
