    Default questioned by gardai

If you are questioned by Gardai when visiting or leaving an escort apartment, what questions are you obliged to answer ? or can you stay silent so not to incriminate yourself ????
    Best regards Feargal

    as far as i know

    next get a soliciter
if there are taking it that far
    but be polite i think
    no need for agro
Your right to silence in Garda custody
    just like on american tv
get your solicitor to do all the talking

Of course, if I were to be strip searched I would request a "ban" garda to do it.

    Request denied!
