French kissing is becoming rare

There seems to be very few ladies willing to do kissing with tongue these days.
I've not being punting as I used to but over the past year and a half, finding women that actually do proper GFE experience is proving difficult.
I don't understand why most can give OWO but no French kissing, even when you offer more money.

Don't tell me about hygiene because I used to go French kissing before, I even request mouthwash

Anyone else notice this?
