Anyway why would escorts keep numbers on phone,I called someone months back she advertised Westmeath but I was passing through Mullingar not near Athlone, now every time she is in Mullingar I get text(very explicit) and I have never even met the girl!! but she obviously has my number and thinks I live in Mullingar, got text yesterday am I am not even in Europe let alone Mullingar!!.
Now if this girl was arrested or god forbid anything happened to her!, my number is on her phone and god knows how many more,so very easy to track phone owner(even if not registered).
So question is why store number? Makes no sense at all unless I was stalking her or something,or she had bad experience with me before,but I never met this girl!!

Don't think numbers aren't stored all over the place.Easier for someone to be able to see a familiar number coming up.

My number linked to my identify was on a "confiscated" phone last year, heard no more about it.

I would not be at all surprised to find that escorts would keep numbers. I expect some keep them, and label the contacts with things like "good client", "creepy guy", "terrible breath" etc. Some probably share the numbers of clients they consider dangerous or nasty, just to help keep each other safe. They take a risk every time they open the door to someone unknown and probably stronger, and this just seems like a sensible safety precaution to me.

If they deleted all the numbers it would do nothing to protect you if there were a police investigation. It is not hard for them to discover which numbers called an escort's phone.

For less than 15 euro you can buy a cheap mobile in a supermarket. Buy it for cash, and use only vouchers, also bought for cash, to top it up. That should give you peace of mind about this in future.
