Well the law in the Republic will be changed soon and will be more severe than in Nordieland!
In terms of vindicating the human rights of sex workers and rights of consenting adults acting in private, those laws will be abundantly unconstitutional in The Republic and even if not found so, they will absolutely be found so in The European Court Of Human Rights, but it may take several years for the process to work through!
For a start, you have the right to life, a livelihood and privacy!

BTW the right to privacy was one of the key aspects on which the Good Senator brought his case and won his case!
