Tell him to drink tea and not coffee

Easily diagnosed on a routine blood test.
It's known as the Celtic gene
As a person who has Haemochromotosis it can ONLY be verified by a DNA rest.
Blood tests can give an indication if it is high in iron
It's managed by diet and phlebotomy
I am who I am and I am happy with who I am.

Well how are you getting on you auld rust bucket
An blood test can only tell you your iron levels are too high
but you need to do a DNA test to confirm if you have HH since there could be a load of different reasons why your iron levels are too high.
My docs tell me to eat healthy and don,t cut out the food that are high in iron, as he said [B]]We,ll look after the Iron for You [B]
Green tea is good for stopping Iron absorption since it,s high in tannis

Thats a terrible shame that there will be no cure

She knows all about the foods she can and cannot eat. She only drinks tea now. Sometimes she feels really tired after a busy

day. Are you member of the Irish Hemochromatosis Society? She finds them very good.

No but my cousins are so meant to join them a few will have to do it soon
I'm a member of some FB groups and find them good.
I eat a balanced diet and not too worried about the iron anymore, I find I get great benefit when they take blood off me .
