How do you leave one? I can't seem to find the option?

"Established members "only can give references to an escort.
To become an Established Member used to require 269 posts and probably to be active on the 'boards" for some minimum period.

If following a booking, an escort doesn't give you a reference, is that a sort of black mark against you or a sign of indifference by the registered escort ?

Uh no...good lord...why would you think that? Usually if someone tells me their username I give references. If not...welllllllll...I don't it's as simple as that

Who really cares I don't, I ring the lady ask for appointment get to her place have a good time leave a review end of story.

These references are no big deal but it probably does no harm for "cuter" (Irish sense;-) escorts to leave one for a client they found half tolerable.
Or for so called Established Members to leave one for an escort that they particularly appreciated.
